A four Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B EL Ed) after 10+2 is the eligibility criteria for working as an elementary school teacher. Bachelor of Elementary Education, it is focused on teaching pedagogies related to elementary education and a very different coursework than relatively higher education focused courses like B Ed. The coursework is designed to integrate the study of subject knowledge, pedagogy knowledge and communication skills.
